"I was at the point where I decided that I wanted to see real results and I couldn’t do it alone. . I was not really sure if I was doing the exercises correctly, posture wise. My right arm is weak due to a previous injury, which also hinders my ability to lift heavy weights. 

Pris always make sure I'm doing the right exercises to guide me and push me to my limits. She also gives me healthy food ideas i can try at home.
